To improve the quality of maternal child health and nutrition services at health facilities, PCHRD produced a set of quality tools and concept papers to facilitate their immediate and consistent use.
The purpose of developing these tools is to ensure that PCHRD teams collect sufficient and reliable information to meet their needs; and for documenting changes in provider and facility performance that can be attributed to Hanan interventions.
