Activities of the MCHN community program began to be carried out in close cooperation with members of municipalities, kindergartens, community leaders and mothers based on the no-contact policy of USAID. 

Co-operation with HANAN
Obligations of both parties are stipulated in the Implementation Agreement between the Hanan and PCHRD and are adhered to.   Experience gained throughout one year work together in the first round of the project  . This is reflected by mutual respect and understanding, both, on technical and financial levels, and by the results achieved by the Project team.
MR Omer and his team from hanan side were very active following day today the work of pchrd teams and correct any possible deviation and put things on the right trak  
Members of Hanan international team as director of the project Dr. Ann Scott, and Director of Community Mobilization Program Dr. Kumkum Amin have of great help to Pchrd through their meetings with Pchrd's team and the MCHN team and their invaluable advice and care and deep involvement in the implementation of the project from day 1 up till today.

Technical assistant
Interacting with Hanan Technical team and with Hanan's satellite offices in Gaza : 

• Regular meeting to follow up the project implementation faces.
• Feed back through an easy flow of information.
• Joint monitoring and evaluation of activities
• Make use of Hanan's experience in MCHN.
• Solve daily work technical and logistic problems.
