Supporting Child Friendly Learning Environment and Enhancing Community Participation is a program funded by USAID through Tamkeen project to enable school children in a marginalized area to catch up with their education, and to enhance the role of parents in the development of their children and the education system through democratic means. This program is designed to strengthen children at risk and provide them with the knowledge and skills to catch up with their learning and to make use of opportunities to develop themselves and their school and deal with the threats so that they can live, succeed, and participate fully in the development of the society.
